デジタル庁のエンジニアユニットでは、デジタル庁から提供するサービスの開発や、プロジェクトへの技術支援を行っています。 デジタル庁のソフトウェアエンジニアは、自らコードを書いて開発することを前提に、エキスパートとして、その分野での理想的な環境の構築を行ったり、開発ベンダーと円滑にコミュニケーションをとりながらプロダクト開発を進めていくことが期待されます。
デジタル庁の Apple Developer は、デジタル庁から提供される iOS / macOS アプリをはじめとした、すべての Apple プラットフォームアプリに対する開発や運用
・保守について、優れた知見をもって技術支援を行います。ただコードを書いて開発できればいいだけではなく、他のプロジェクトメンバーや行政官、開発ベンダーに対して、専門知識を正しく説明できることが求められます。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです。
・Swift を用いた Apple プラットフォームのアプリケーション開発
・Apple の技術情報のキャッチアップおよび庁内プロジェクトへの情報提供
・デジタル庁内での技術的観点からの要件定義サポート
・事業者の成果物に対するレビュー及び開発
・技術支援
・ソリューションアーキテクチャの視点から評価した設計の最適化と安全性の向上
・関係者や各チームとの要件および技術面でのコミュニケーションリード
・設計及び構築に係るドキュメンテーション

Requirements
・Swift を用いた Apple プラットフォームのアプリケーション開発の業務経験(5 年以上)
・SwiftUI を用いたアプリケーション開発の業務経験(2 年以上)
・Git を用いたバージョン管理および GitHub 等のサービスを用いたチーム開発の業務経験
・App Store でアプリを公開したことがある経験
・XCTest または Swift Testing を用いたユニットテストの実務経験
・Human Interface Guideline をよく理解し実践できること
・Xcode の標準的な操作を理解していること
・Apple やコミュニティから提供される技術情報の迅速かつ継続的なキャッチアップが行えること
・継続的に TestFlight や App Store へアプリが配信される環境を構築できること
・現在においても開発
・実装業務に直接携わっていること
・複雑で不慣れな実装、及び開発言語にも素早く適応できる柔軟性
・英語で書かれた技術文書を理解できる語学力

・The Composable Architecture を用いたアプリの業務経験
・最新の Swift および Swift Concurrency を用いた業務経験
・Core NFC を用いたアプリの業務経験
・OAuth / OpenID Connect / SAML をはじめとした認証プロトコルへの理解
・Swift におけるメタプログラミングへの理解
・Swift Package および Package Plugin を用いた開発経験
・ISO / IEC をはじめとした国際標準への理解
・Figma 等のデザインツールを用いた業務経験
・アジャイル開発、特にスクラム開発に対して主導できる能力
・組織内外との対面及び書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力

・開発者コミュニティにおける活発な活動経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定年収:700万~1,620万円 ※一般職の職員の給与に関する法律(昭和25年法律第95号)に基づき、職務経験や職務内容等を勘案し、常勤職員との権衡を考慮して給与決定します。 ※ 想定年収は、賞与(年2回)を含む、週5日フルタイム勤務の場合の理論値となります。 ※ ほか、超過勤務手当支給対象のグレードには超過勤務手当を支給します。 (例:想定年収750万円の場合、超過勤務時間平均20時間/月で年収820万程度)

【休日】 土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月3日) ※年次有給休暇は、7ヵ月目から次の1年間分として付与されます(例えば、1週間当たり5日契約で、全勤務日の8割以上勤務した場合、10日間分付与)。
【任期】 任期:年度更新 ※入庁時の任期は年度末迄(最大1年)です。年度末に勤務実績考慮の上、双方合意に基づき、更新(年度毎の再採用)を行います。
【試用期間】 試用期間:1か月 ※週4日以上勤務の場合に限る
