組織チーム紹介
当組織は、PlayStation Networkのクライアントアプリケーションを担当する部署です。具体的には、Trophy/Activityなどゲームプレイを魅力的にする機能の開発に携わります。
自社ゲーム機だけでなく、Android/iOSやWindows向けのアプリケーションの開発も行っており、C/C++を使用したシステムソフトウェアに含まれるアプリケーションの開発から、ReactNative(JS/TS)を使用したUIの開発、フルスタックメンバーによるサーバー開発(Java)など、幅広い領域でのチャレンジができます。
また、当組織ではPlayStationのエンドユーザー向けアプリケーションだけでなく、ライセンシー向けSDKの開発も行っています。これにより、多角的な視点でのシステムデザインや開発に取り組むことができます。

職務内容
アプリケーション開発エンジニアは、PlayStation Networkの提供するサービスのフロントエンドからビジネスロジックまでの開発を担当します。PlayStationコンソールのシステムソフトウェアだけでなく、モバイルアプリからWindows PCまで幅広いプラットフォーム向けにアプリケーションの設計から実装までを担当していただきます。
具体的な職務について
PlayStation コンソール、モバイルアプリ、WindowsPCのネットワーク機能とSDKの開発 (Trophy)
状況に応じて以下のような機会があります。
React Native上でのJavascript/Typescriptによるフロントエンド開発
C/C++(比率は多くはないが C# も)を使用したアプリケーション開発
一部フルスタックな取り組みとしてJavaを使用したWeb APIサーバーの開発
アジャイルな開発スタイルの中でスクラムチームの一員として開発を実施
ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクルにおいて、要件の定義、設計、実装(コーディング)、テスト設計と実施(CICD化含む)、リリースのためのドキュメンテーション、利用者(ゲーム開発者含む) のサポート、不具合対応、など、ほぼすべての局面を担当

チームでのソフトウェアの設計、開発経験5年以上または同等の経験

商用製品開発向けの C/C++ 開発経験

Webアプリやその他クライアント-サーバーアプリケーションの開発経験
語学力 / Language Skills
英語:英文で他部署とテキストコミュニケーション(メールやslackなど) をとる他、ドキュメントの読み書きを英文で行うことは日常的にある
