- 開発技術総括部 ソフト開発2部のミッション
【モバイルソリューションズ事業部】
モバイルソリューションズ事業は、パナソニック コネクト株式会社の中でコア事業に位置づけられ、「安心・安全な製品・サービスで現場を支え、お客様の成功とサステナブルな未来を築く」をミッションに、主に日本のモバイルワーカー向けのモバイルパソコン(レッツノート)、グローバルのフィールドワーカー向けの堅牢パソコン(タフブック)、日本の店舗運営用の決済端末といったハードウェアソリューションをお客様に提供しています。
【ソフト開発2部とは】
国内70%のシェアを持つ決済端末のソフトウェアを開発しており、クレジット機能、設定機能、ソフト更新機能など、決済端末システムを構成する上で必須となる機能を中心に、国内/海外委託パートナーと協力しながら行っています。店舗据え置き型、機器組込み型、モバイル型といったお客様の利用用途に応じた開発を行うことに加え、国内トップベンダーとして、新しいサービス提供の際には、カード会社様の要件定義、仕様の策定などにも参画します。常に新しい付加価値を付与し、タイムリーに市場投入していくことで、決済業界と世の中の発展に貢献しています。
- 募集背景
政府によるキャッシュレス決済の推進やコロナ禍における非接触決済へのニーズの高まりが追い風にキャッシュレス決済が世の中にかなり浸透してきています。今後も決済業界はインバウンド需要の復活、セキュリティ向上に伴う顧客システムの更新など引き続き市場成長が見込まれる業界となっています。
その決済業界において、国内トップシェアを誇る決済端末のソフトウェアを開発、また端末内のソフトウェアだけではなく、お客様のご要望にタイムリーにお応えし、店舗業務改善に繋がる新たな価値やソリューションの提案を行うことかできるソフトウェア開発メンバーを募集しています。

【担当業務】
クレジットカード決済端末におけるアプリケーションソフトウェア開発

既存または今後開発予定のクレジットカード決済端末

要件定義・基本/詳細設計・プログラミング・テスト・運用・保守
【顧客折衝の有無】
基本的に顧客折衝はありませんが、顧客との打ち合わせ程度の業務がある可能性あり
【プログラミング】内製化で携わるケースと外部ベンダーに委託するケースのどちらのケースもあり
【具体的な業務内容】
小売・物流業界向けのクレジット決済アプリケーションの設計・開発を行います。開発は小規模であれば内製化でコーディングを行い、実装するプロジェクトもあります。また、大規模開発においては国内・海外共栄会社に開発委託を行い、納期・品質管理・成果物レビューなどのマネジメントが中心となるケースもあります。

資格・スキル・経験など
【必須】
下記、全ての要件を満たす方
・小売り・決済業界向けシステムの開発経験をお持ちの方
・EMV、PCIなどのクレジットカード決済端末向けセキュリティ規格の知識をお持ちの方
・5年以上のC++またはJavaによるソフトウェア開発経験のある方
【歓迎】
・ソフトウェア開発のプロジェクトマネジメント経験のある方
・AndroidまたはLinuxでのシステム開発の経験をお持ちの方
