【ワークショップについて】
当社の営業が活用しているツールや情報収集の仕方をご紹介しながら、どのように次のご提案に繋げていくのか
「お客様を知り抜き」信頼関係を築いていく営業活動を体感することができます。
【プログラム】
- 01、営業職/営業プロセスの全体像を学ぶ
多種多様な業界の「ビジネス」に革新を起こす当社の営業がどのようにお客様との接点を持ちご提案活動を行っているのか、
営業プロセスの全体像についてお伝えし、「お客様を知り抜く」第一歩を踏み出すために活用しているツールや情報収集の仕方もお伝えします。
- 02、お客様に寄り添い信頼関係を築くための営業プロセスを体感する
お客様への訪問準備から仮説立案及び、次のご提案につなげていくフェーズをグループワークを通じて体感いただけます。
- 03、営業職への理解を深める
社員座談会/人事相談会を通じて、営業職への理解を深めるとともに、
当社の「人」や仕事のやりがい、職場を知っていただけます。
※対面開催回は社員座談会、WEB開催回は人事相談会を予定しております。
※各プログラムの実施内容は、変更となることがあります。

・3月3日(火)14:00~17:30
※対面回は全国の当社オフィスで開催いたしますので、お住まいの最寄りの会場にて参加をご検討ください。

※2027年3月卒業予定の方を対象とします。

報酬・交通費
【日当】日当支給はありません。
【交通費】当社規定に基づき支給いたします。
【宿泊費】お住まいの最寄りの会場にて参加いただくため、宿泊費の支給はありません。
