教習指導員養成員(指導員資格取得を目指そう)

仕事内容:

〇自動車学校の教習指導員見習い(未経験者歓迎)

・年2~3回(通常5月、10月(追加8月))の資格試験合格を目指していただき、それまでの間、事務業務等を行っていただきます。

・先輩からの試験対策サポートあり。

・試験費用全額会社負担

・受験のために必要な自動車免許取得費用支援制度あり

〇資格試験合格後

教習生に対して交通安全知識や技能を伝え、ともに成長します。

資格取得後は、教習業務、検定業務を行っていただきます。(資格手当あり)

私有車通勤可(交通費支給あり(上限19000円))

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥204,400以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥24,400(18時間相当分)を含む。18時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・資格手当 13,000円~28,000円(加算方式、車種毎設定)

・交通費支給(上限19,000円)

・賞与年2回あり/年間約2ヶ月分(昨年実績)

・昇給年2回あり/一月あたり2,000円~5,000円(昨年実績)

・役職手当(5,000円~20,000円)

・家族手当 妻5000円 子第一子3000円/人 第二子以降 2000円/人

・燃料手当 10月~3月 正社員 世帯主20000円/月 準世帯主10000円/月 有期契約社員 7000円/月

・教習手当 4月~11月 1時間300円 12月~3月 1時間100円
