職務内容

理化学試験の試験担当者として、原材料及び製品に関する理化学の定常試験の実施、SOP・記録書の作成、OOS等の調査及び安定性調査・バリデーション業務などを行う。

成田工場における血漿分画製剤の原材料、中間製品、最終製品についての以下業務を担っていただきます。

  • GMP要件に基づく試験

    • SOPに準拠して理化学試験を実施する。

  • 公定書、申請書の試験に関連する業務

    • 日本薬局方および生物学的製剤基準に準拠して試験を実施する。公定書、申請書の試験内容に変更が生じた場合、ベリフィケーションの実施および手順書の改訂を行う。

  • 分析および試験方法のバリデーション

    • 新規に制定された試験法および導入設備について分析および試験法バリデーションを行う。

  • 工程や製品の異物解析
  • 査察や監査時の対応

    • 必須要件

    医薬品の品質管理に関する下記業務のいずれかにおいて概ね3年以上の経験がある方(注射剤、抗体・バイオ系の理化学試験)

    ・医薬品の試験(製造)に関する一般的知識(GMP省令、日本薬局方)

    ・医薬品の試験業務の実務管理の経験

    ・バリデーションやサンプリングのテクニカルスキルを有する。

    ・Microsoft Officeアプリケーション(Excel、Power point、Word)のスキル

    最終学歴:高専以上

    望ましい要件

    ・コンピュータ化システムバリデーション(CSV)に準じた試験機器新規稼動実績を有する。

    ・生産部門での品質管理業務経験

    ・CMC研究部門での試験業務経験

    日本で販売している成田の血漿分画製剤については、自ら試験し品質を確認したことで市場に提供することになる。すなわち、その製品は日本でただ一人、自分しかその試験を実施していないことで、間接的ではあるが患者への貢献をより感じることができる。

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
