【Web広告営業】未経験からスタートできる、漫画×Webマーケティングの最前線で活躍しませんか?

飛び込み営業なし成約率は約50%

事前の電話ヒアリングでお客様の課題やニーズをしっかり把握し、漫画・動画・ホームページなど多彩なWebマーケティング手法を提案します。顧客ごとに最適な解決策を選べるため、営業としての成長も実感できます。

【主な仕事内容】

・ニーズ・課題のヒアリング

・解決策の提案(デジタルコミック、LP広告、WEBサイト制作、動画制作など)

・ご契約、アフターフォロー

提案先は建築会社、不動産、美容業界、接骨院、自動車ディーラーなど幅広い業種。多様な業界のクライアントと関われるため、営業力とWeb領域の知識が自然と身につきます。

【研修・サポート体制】

全280項目のクエスト型研修で、ビジネスマナーから営業スキル、商材理解まで段階的に学べます。事業部長や社長自らロープレを行うなど、全員が営業に前向きな社風です。

【キャリアアップ事例】

月給:28万円(固定残業代・家賃補助含む)+インセンティブ

・固定残業代:月30時間分/4万9700円含む(超過分別途支給)

・家賃補助:全社員一律2万円/月

・昇給:年4回(3ヶ月ごとの実績評価)

・試用期間3ヶ月:月給24万1000円以上(目標達成で28万円に昇給可)
