【仕事内容】
デジタルアーキテクチャ・デザインセンター(以下DADC)では、企業・業界を横断したデータ共有・連携を促すイニシアティブである「ウラノス・エコシステム」(Ouranos Ecosystem)をはじめ、官民協調によるデータ連携基盤の構築やそのユースケース(具体的な社会実装シナリオ)の拡大に向けた取り組みを行っています。
複数の事業者が関わる本取り組みの推進に当たって、システムやユースケースの開発のみならず、データ連携基盤の提供事業者等が担保すべき公益性・信頼性の水準の設定や、DADC自身がフロントランナーとして取り組んでいるユースケースにおけるアーキテクティング活動の公平性・透明性を担保する必要があります。
【組織目標】
DADCでは、現在、デジタル庁や経済産業省等の関係省庁と連携しつつ、データ連携サービスの提供事業者に対するガバナンスルールの策定や、DADC自身が行うアーキテクティング活動に対するガバナンスを担う機能を強化しています。
本職種は主にの活動を対象とした募集ですが、候補者の関心・スキルに応じて、の活動を担っていただくことも有り得ます。
【業務内容】
(1) DADCが作成する成果物の審査方針の策定・運用
(2) DADCが保有する法人文書の管理
(3) データ連携サービスの提供事業者に対するガバナンスルールの企画・策定・運用

【応募資格】
【下記いずれも必須】
(1) 組織内外との適切なビジネス・コミュニケーション力
(2) 課題やリスク等をステークホルダに適切に伝達できる説明能力
(3) 企業、公的機関における文書業務経験(契約書等、プレスリリース等の文書審査業務経験)
(4) 情報技術への一般的知識、DADCの活動理念への共感

- リモートワークあり(出社あり、週1〜4日リモートOK)
ポジションによって頻度は異なります。
- 受動喫煙防止策あり 屋内全面禁煙、屋外に喫煙所を設置
【勤務時間】09:30〜18:15(実働7時間45分・休憩1時間)
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜40時間
※部署・業務によりシフト制勤務有り
【給与】
800万円〜1050万円
月給制 基本給400000円〜※経験等を勘案して決定いたします。
残業代全額支給
