【仕事内容】
サービス部門の統括責任者として、材料組織観察の機器に対し、信頼性・迅速性・高品質を兼ね備えたサービス提供を実現する役割を担います。
サービスマネージャーは約10名程度のサービス専門職チームを率い、国内の営業・アプリケーションチーム、さらにグローバルチームと連携し、顧客の成功およびラボ運営の最適化に寄与します。
日々のサービス業務、保守・修理対応および技術支援活動を統括
効率的なリソース計画および配置を行い、とりわけサービス契約顧客および高価値顧客を優先した活動を行う
対応時間、初回修理完了率、稼働率、顧客満足度 等の KPI を継続的にモニタリングし、改善を推進する
根本原因分析の実施および是正処置を推進する
重大サービス課題に対する一次エスカレーション窓口としての対応を行う
主要顧客ならびに社内ステークホルダーとの強固な関係を構築する
営業部門と連携し、顧客の期待値および契約条件に即したサービス提供を確保する
サービス契約更新に向け、サービスパフォーマンスデータおよび顧客体験を分析・提供する
サービス部門における予算管理(コスト管理および生産性向上を含む)
ビジュアルパフォーマンスマネジメントを活用した継続的改善活動の推進
グローバルサービスチームとの密接な協働
顧客およびサービスパフォーマンスに関する洞察を提供し、製品・サービス・業務プロセスの改善に貢献
【応募資格】
工学系または関連技術分野の学士号または修士号
試験機器、分析装置または類似産業における サービス、技術サポート、オペレーション分野での8年以上の実務経験
サービスチームの指揮経験およびサービス KPI/顧客体験指標の管理実績
複数部門と連携して職務遂行した経験、ならびに継続的改善の推進実績
高いリーダーシップ、技術的理解力、分析能力および顧客志向
優れたコミュニケーション能力
国内出張あり、必要に応じて海外出張を伴う場合あり
