金融事業統括部は、楽天の金融事業の成長とイノベーションを推進するための戦略的イニシアチブを策定/実行するとともに、金融事業全体のリスク管理およびコンプライアンス体制を監督/支援し、持続的かつ安定的な事業運営を実現しています。

業務内容
金融事業統括部の戦略担当として、以下のような業務を担当していただきます。

<フィンテック次世代戦略の立案と推進>

・グローバル、国内のフィンテック動向調査、分析:

最新のテクノロジー、ビジネスモデル、規制動向などを継続的に調査し、楽天フィンテック事業への影響と機会を特定

・競合分析と戦略的示唆の抽出:

国内外の通信会社系フィンテックグループや主要な競合他社の戦略、プロダクト、顧客動向を深く分析し、楽天の優位性構築に資する戦略的示唆を導出

・次世代フィンテック戦略のピッチ・提案:

調査・分析結果に基づき、楽天フィンテックカンパニーの未来を形作る革新的な戦略を具体的に立案し、経営陣へのプレゼンテーションを通じて提案

・新規事業、サービス企画支援:

策定した戦略に基づき、具体的な新規事業やサービスの企画、実現可能性調査を支援

働く環境
<中途入社者のバックグラウンド>

銀行、証券、保険、カード、決済事業等の各金融事業を経験した人が中心

<活躍をしている中途入社者のキャリアパス実例>

実質的に2025年4月から稼働した新設部署のため、キャリアパスの実例は今後明らかになる見込み

必須要件:
以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方(目安:1~3年程度)

・戦略コンサルティングファームでのアシスタント、リサーチアナリスト等のご経験

・事業会社の経営企画部門や新規事業開発部門での調査/分析業務のご経験

・金融業界における市場調査、競合分析、戦略企画業務のご経験

歓迎要件:
・フィンテック領域への強い興味、関心、および最新技術トレンド(AI、ブロックチェーン等)に関する基礎知識

・データ分析ツール(Excelなど)やプレゼンテーションツール(PowerPointなど)の高度な活用スキル

<求める人物像>

・論理的思考力と分析力:複雑な情報を構造化し、課題を特定し、データに基づいた論理的な結論を導き出す能力

・調査/情報収集能力:未知の分野や複雑なテーマについて、自ら積極的に情報収集を行い、深く掘り下げて理解する能力

・コミュニケーション能力:経営層を含む多様なステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、自身の考えを明確に伝え、交渉/調整を行う能力
