医療現場の課題やニーズを深く理解し、技術とサービスを融合させたプロダクト戦略を立案・推進することがミッションです。
プロダクトマネージャーとして、新規および既存の遠隔画像診断プロダクトに対し、ユーザー体験・業務効率・医療品質の向上を目指して、企画・設計・開発・改善の各フェーズを横断的にリードしていただきます。
【職務内容】
・プロダクトビジョン・ロードマップの策定
・市場・競合動向の調査とステークホルダーとの対話による課題・ニーズの把握
・新サービス・新機能の企画立案および要件定義の主導
・ユーザー視点に立ったUI/UX設計のディレクション
・開発チームとの連携によるプロダクト開発の推進
・リリース後のユーザーフィードバックの収集・分析と改善サイクルの運用
・KPIの設計・モニタリングによるプロダクトの価値最大化
【求める人材】

・プロダクトマネージャーとしての実務経験(3年以上)
・ユーザーや複数部門と連携しながら、プロダクトの方向性を描き、成長をリードしてきた実績
