【仕事内容】

商業施設や店舗の企画・設計・施工管理を一貫して担うポジションです。

自ら描いた図面が、実際の空間へと仕上がっていくプロセスすべてを経験できます。

<主な業務>

・クライアントヒアリング、要件整理、コンセプト立案

・プレゼン資料作成、提案

・基本設計〜実施設計(図面作成・修正)

・マテリアル・什器・照明等の選定、仕様調整

・現場監理(施工側との調整、品質・意匠の担保)

・竣工・引渡し対応

求める人材:

必須要件

・店舗/商業施設/オフィス等の内装設計の実務経験:2年以上(目安)

・Vectorworks または AutoCAD の実務使用経験

・ポートフォリオ提出必須(URL可)

・日本語での折衝・電話が問題なくできる方

歓迎要件

・Adobe(Illustrator/Photoshop等)での提案資料作成

・現場監理経験

・施主・デベ・管理会社との折衝経験

・20代〜50代の方々が活躍中です

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~18:30(標準労働時間:1日8時間)

※勤務時間は裁量に任せて調整可能

給与:

月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥550,000

※経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定します

・昇給随時あり

・交通費支給(月3万円まで)

・決算賞与:平均実績約2ヶ月分

【20代 想定年収】300〜450万円/月給:25〜35万円/決算賞与:平均実績約2ヶ月分

【30代 想定年収】450〜600万円/月給:35〜45万円/決算賞与:平均実績約2ヶ月分

【40代 想定年収】600〜800万円以上可能/月給:45~55万円/決算賞与:平均実績約2ヶ月分
