警察、自治体、官公庁、高速道路会社や企業等あらゆる分野・業界に対し、パナソニックの情報通信機器や映像/音響設備によるソリューションまた、製造、物流業界に対し、顧客の業務プロセス改善として自動運転ソリューションを中心に施工の立場で提供していきます。

募集背景
施工部門は、コアとするプロダクト・現場技術力を起点にお客様との関係性の強化、新たなビジネスモデルを共創し、お客様起点による事業・現場課題を解決を目指しております。
従来のプロダクトを中心とした施工スタイルからノンプロダクト(技術提供)施工への変革を行い、更なるパナソニック事業領域の拡大を図るため、また、設備老朽化に伴うリプレイス案件も増加しているため、現場施工における技術経験のある人材を募集しております。
具体的な仕事内容
物流施設向け及び製造工場への搬送機械設備の設置工事における工事管理業務(施工管理・工程管理・安全管理業務)をご担当いただきます。
※ただし新規事業にまつわる案件の為、詳細は面接にて説明させていただきます。

・現場稼働中は顧客との打合せや施工指示等で出社することもありますが、PC、iPad等を活用するIT化を加速させることにより、現場からの直行直帰やリモートワーク、どこでも仕事ができる環境整備を図りながら柔軟性を持たせた業務スタイルも選択可能です。
・施工管理部門では、労働時間もモニタリングをし業務が偏らないよう調整をしております。また、年次有給休暇の取得も平均15日以上となっております。
