Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:
包装スタッフ〈SS〉は包装グループマネジャーにレポートする。
GMP及び関連法規に準拠し、品質基準を満たす製品を計画に従い製造する。安定製造を実現するための環境を整える。高品質な製品を製造するための品質システムを構築する。包装業務の領域の専門性、特殊技能を習得し業務に活用するとともに他者を教育する。
Major Responsibilities
包装グループの業務範囲において、
担当領域の安全を確保し職場での労働災害を防止する。
専門領域のSMEとして、責任業務範囲のGMPを実行する。
専門領域の活動において指導・管理・監督を行う。
工程管理を遂行し、安定した製造を効率的・効果的に行う。
GMPの実行能力を計画的に改善する。
HSEの実行能力を計画的に改善する。
5S活動を計画、実施する。
人員配置と生産計画を適切に制御し納期を遵守する。
施設・設備の維持管理の計画を作成し実行する。
施設・設備導入の計画を作成し実行する。
クオリフィケーション・バリデーションを計画し実行する。
品質データを分析し工程改善を提案、計画、実行する。
製造データを分析し効率改善を提案、計画、実行する。
GMP等に関わる文書を作成・改定する。
製造技術、GMP、HSEおよび一般ビジネススキルの教育をチームまたは個人に対して実施する。
部門内外関係者と良好な関係を構築し、コミュニケーションの場を創る。
COMPETENCIES
自部門に関係するGMPを深く理解し、業務に反映できる能力を有する。
自部門の品質システムの改善を提案、遂行できる能力を有する。
GMPに基づく文書を体系的に、適切な内容で作成する能力を有する。また、照査する能力を有する。
関係するGMPについて、自部門内に対して指示/教育することができる能力を有する。

安全および5Sに関する知識を有し、実際の製造作業・工程・施設・設備に反映することができる能力を有する。
工程、施設、設備、装置を深く理解し、作業の全体を管理、遂行できる能力を有する。また、効率および効果改善を提案、遂行できる能力を有する。
設備、装置および施設を理解し、設備の保全・修理・修繕を計画・実行できる能力を有する。
工程のトラブルに適切に対応する能力を有する。
部門内外の中小規模の工程・施設・設備に関わるプロジェクトにおいてSMEとして参画できる能力を有する。
