CST業務担当Roleは主に以下に記載する業務について、CST Manager/CST Leaderの指示、サポートの元に取り行います。
- 社員に対する社内共通事務サービスの提供(国内外メンバーとの会議設定(スケジューリング、会議室予約、電話会議設定、会議に必要な準備など)
- エクセルやパワーオートメートを利用して社員がもつデータを編集、分析作業
-経費処理、ベンダー登録(SAP)
-カンファレンスパック入力サポート
-書類のPDF化や大量印刷
-国内外出張手配サポート
-国内外/社内外ビジターの来客応対準備
-ロジスティクスサポート(PC、名刺、デスク、文房具、郵便物手配等)
-オフィス内全般の定期チェック

【スキル、望ましい経験】
・基本的PCスキル:Word;文字入力、文章作成、e-mailやり取り Excel;データ入力、表作成(基本操作), グラフ作成(表と混在含む)、計算式(四則計算、SUM関数)
・優れたコミュニケーション能力(日本語での口頭およびコミュニケーション)
・協働性、協調性;ビジネスの成功のためにチームやチームの枠を越えて効果的に協働できる姿勢

【勤務時間】8:45~17:30
【時間外手当】「オペレター」、「業務担当」、「担当職」のみ支給
【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時内で勤務。
(但し、一斉休憩:12時~13時を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)
【在宅勤務制度】あり

【休日休暇】完全週休2日制(土・日曜日)、祝日、クリスマス、年末年始・夏期

年途中で入社した社員に対する年次有給休暇は、次の入社月の区分に従い入社翌月1日に付与される。入社日にかかわらず、その年の12月31日をもって勤続年数が1年経過したものとみなし、翌年1月1日に翌年度の年次有給休暇が付与される。
