【仕事内容】

<主な業務>

◆プロモーション全体の戦略立案からプランニング

コンサルティング、マーケティング、自社プロダクトといった3つの手段を掛け合わせて、LTVの高いユーザーの集客、効果分析、改善までを一気通貫で支援しています。

・CPAを中心としたマーケティング戦略と施策によるLTV・ROAS向上のコンサルティング(様々なWeb広告を用いて、新規ユーザーの集客をCPA課金型で提供)

・Webホスピタリティツールを活用した施策の提案、実行、分析

・アクセス解析に基づくWebサイト改善の提案、実行、分析

・マーケットデータの分析、クライアントに最適なアドテクノロジーの選定

・広告配信経路、オーディエンス、クリエイティブの設計

・クライアントへのレポーティング

・定例MTGの運営

※上記業務以外にも細かな対応や調整・交渉等が発生します

■新規組織マネジメント

・経営目標に沿った部門としての戦略立案、実行改善

・マネージャー、メンバー育成(採用含む)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

<必須スキル>

・大手広告代理店や事業会社でのインターネット広告、マーケティングに関わる業務経験がある

・アフィリエイト広告の運用経験がある

・組織マネジメント経験がある

<歓迎スキル>

・広告やマーケティング領域のみならず、担当顧客の事業やその市場を深く理解している

・データアナリティクスに関する知見がある(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
