【仕事内容】

三菱UFJフィナンシャルグループ(MUFG)において、

グローバルビジネス戦略実現に向けた次世代アーキテクチャ戦略の企画・推進を行います。

具体的には、当行のグローバルビジネス戦略に基づいたシステムアーキテクチャ戦略の企画・推進や、

システムアーキテクチャ戦略に基づくシステム開発方針レビュープロセスの構築などを担当します。

グローバルIT部戦略グループに配属予定で、海外IT戦略・施策推進、プロジェクト管理、

投資経費予算管理などを担い、海外出張で現地サポートも行います。

世界有数の金融機関のグローバルIT戦略を長期的視座で企画・推進できる、希少な機会です。

【具体的には】

・ 当行のグローバルビジネス戦略に基づいたシステム

アーキテクチャ戦略の企画・推進(企画策定から経営層・行内関係部署らへの説明・推進)

・ システムアーキテクチャ戦略に基づく、

行内関係部署・開発子会社のシステム開発方針レビュープロセスの構築等

【求める人材】

・ システム開発経験3年以上(システム企画・要件定義に携わった経験があれば尚可)※システム/業務部門いずれの立場でも可

・ 多様な関係者との議論・調整を主導するコミュニケーション能力・交渉力

【歓迎】

・ 物事を率先して主導する意欲の高さ

・ グローバルビジネスを支えるシステムの開発に携わった経験

・ MicrosoftOffice等を用いた資料作成およびプレゼンテーションスキル

・ 中級レベルの英語力:ビジネスシーンでの読み書きに問題はなく、時間を掛ければPPT等の資料作成も可能だが、スピーディな会話は難しいレベル

【給与】

年収600~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
