A main responsibility is to support, assisting in Marketing manager and F&B Sales & Marketing manager to achieve the goal. A Marketing Executive works closely Marketing manager, undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company Also, to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements. Ensure Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Responsible for PR to enhance awareness.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Required Skills
- Good communication, writing and organizing skills.
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required
- Creativity and commercial awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry is a strong advantage.

職務内容と責任
- 効率的かつ直感的なマーケティング戦略を考案・開発する
- 広告・コミュニケーションキャンペーン(SNS、テレビなど)、展示会、販促イベントの企画・管理を行う
- 市場調査と分析を実施し、トレンド、ブランド認知度、競合の動向を評価する
- 顧客のニーズや関心度を把握するためのアンケートを企画・実施・管理する
- 認知度向上のための広報活動を担当する
- メディア業者や出版社との関係を維持し、販促活動での協力体制を確保する
- 各種指標を用いてキャンペーンの進捗を監視し、成果レポートを提出する

- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、文章力、整理力
- 主体的に行動し、締め切りや約束を守り、必要なタスクやプロジェクトを完遂する能力
- 創造力と商業的な感覚
応募資格
- ホテルマネジメント、経営学、または関連分野の学士号が望ましい。
- ホスピタリティ業界、ホテル業界、または旅行業界での勤務経験があることが望ましい。
