【仕事内容】

【社寺仏閣をはじめマンション、ホテルなど様々な建築物を手掛けるゼネコン】同社において、建築施工管理をお任せいたします。

専門業者の職人さんを指揮・指導し、作業所のスタッフと協力しながら設計図書の品質を保った建築物を完成に導く仕事です。

【具体的には】

・建築工事に関わる「品質・原価・工程・安全・環境」の施工管理をご担当頂きます。

※チームで取り組むので、わからないことがあればいつでも聞ける環境がございます。

・同社ではマンションや病院、学校といった公共性の高い「一般建築」をはじめ、日本文化を継承する神社や仏閣、文化財といった「社寺建築」まで幅広く施工しております。

・案件規模は数億~数10億円の物件が多く、構造や規模、用途も様々であり、その都度、自身の建築に対する知識を深めることが出来ます。

※様々な顧客と計画段階から携わり、施工まで自社で請け負います。着工後も管理業務があり、現場とお客様の間に立ち会いながら、見届けることができます。

【必須条件】

■建築施工管理の実務経験(3年以上)をおお持ちの方

■1級建築施工管理技士をお持ちの方

【給与】

■想定年収:610万円~930万円(例:25歳~45歳)

■想定月収:410,000円~620,000円(例:25歳~45歳)

※諸手当・超過勤務手当(残業45時間)を含む目安となります。

・基本給292,000円~416,000円

・固定残業手当 0円~68,000円(約20時間分、等級に応じて変動)
