仕事内容:

■業務内容(詳細):

「楽楽クラウド」製品(6商材)のマーケティング活動を幅広くお任せいたします。経験やご志向に合わせて段階的に業務をお任せすることも想定しております。

(具体的には下記のような業務となります)

・リスティング広告、ディスプレイ広告を中心とした広告企画・運営運用業務

・広告クリエイティブやLPO施策の企画・ディレクション

・外部パートナー企業のディレクション

(インハウス広告運用がメインですが、一部媒体においては代理店との連係あり)

・各種媒体との交渉、企画、出稿業務(大手プラットフォーマー、比較サイトなど)

・Google Analytics・BigQueryなどを用いた、広告運用に紐づく各種データ分析業務

(広告チャネル別のリード獲得から受注までの成果分析など)

・その他各種プロモーション及び販売促進施策の企画立案・実施

・ご経験に応じて、複数人のメンバーを束ねるユニットのリーダー業務 等

※将来的にはご志向に応じて、製品サイト企画・運営、SEO、マス広告、戦略企画などへとキャリアの幅を広げていただくことも可能です

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・事業会社、もしくは支援会社でのGoogle、Yahooのリスティング、ディスプレイ広告の運用経験3年以上(ディレクション経験のみは不可)

・定量的なKPIに基づく広告運用において、ご自身の企画した施策によって成果改善の経験

※事業会社、代理店、コンサル等の支援会社いずれのご経験でもご応募可能です

・チームリーダーまたはチームマネジメント経験

・Google Analyticsなどのアクセス解析ツールの経験

・BigQueryなどを用いたデータ分析の経験

・Microsoft広告、SNS広告の運用経験

9時00~18時00(休憩60分)

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,493,636以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,563(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

(例)年収549万の場合

月額344,563円(基本給268,000円+時間外手当46,563円+その他手当30,000円)

※時間外労働の有無に関わらず月20時間相当分の時間外手当を支給します
