コミックの編集・制作管理

  • 著者、イラストレーターとの打ち合わせ
  • 原稿編集作業
  • スケジュール管理

作家スカウト

  • SNSや同人イベントにて新たな作家を発掘

作家との打ち合わせで、アイデアを出しながら

作品の方向性を決めていきます。

作品テーマの文字起こし(プロット)と

コマの割り振り(ネーム)を作家と繰り返しながら

納得のいくクオリティに仕上げていきます。

作家さんとのやりとりや仕事の進め方を

学びましょう。

ゆくゆくは10~20人の作家を担当して

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし
