■業務内容

役員直下のBizDev組織の立ち上げメンバーとして参画いただきます。

新しい市場、成長分野、トレンド、顧客、製品、サービスなど、新しいビジネスチャンスを特定を始めとして、下記のような業務をお任せします。

・市場分析:現在の市場動向を理解し、潜在的な拡大分野を特定し、競合他社を分析する。

・戦略立案:会社の市場での地位を高め、収益を増加させ、持続可能な成長を確保するための長期戦略を策定する。

・ネットワーキング:パートナー、顧客、その他の利害関係者との関係構築と維持。

※変更の範囲:会社内での全ての業務

必須スキル

以下いずれかのご経験を満たされる方

・コンサルタントとして顧客企業の新規事業開発支援などのご経験

・事業会社における事業開発のご経験

歓迎スキル

・事業計画の策定/KPIモニタリング/予算管理の経験

・ユーザー目線でサービスに向き合いつつ、データに基づいたサービス・機能改善を行ってきた経験

・高いコミュニケーション能力(クライアントや他部署メンバーとの折衝経験を有すること)

・社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進された経験
