Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Hiratsuka.

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, designing, and publishing creative and compelling content across social media platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include creating promotional content, engaging with online audiences, analyzing performance metrics, conducting competitor research, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize social media strategies.

Qualifications
Experience in Social Media Content Creation, Visual Content Design, and Photography/Videography
Proficiency in Social Media Management Tools, Analytics Platforms, and Post Scheduling
Strong skills in Content Writing, Communication, and Creative Thinking
Ability to develop content strategies and monitor trends across platforms
Knowledge of Brand Marketing and Audience Engagement strategies
Proficiency in relevant graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
Team collaboration skills and the ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Prior experience in marketing or social media roles is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, OR related field preferred
