(雇入れ直後)顧客管理業務 (変更の範囲)会社の定める業務

経験不問 幅広い顧客対応を行うため、意欲・人物重視の採用を行います。 先輩社員の殆どが未経験での入社です。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥271,200 〜 ¥417,250は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,000〜¥78,450(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給 271,200円 ~ 417,250円 (※想定年収 3,850,000円 ~ 6,000,000円)
月給271,200円(基本給147,000円、職能手当67,200円,固定残業代51,000円、皆勤手当6,000円)~ 月給417,250円(基本給226,000円、職能手当102,800円,固定残業代78,450円、皆勤手当10,000円)
・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を支給します。基本的に30時間を超える事はございませんが、超過分については法定通り追加で支給します。
・皆勤手当は遅刻欠勤がない場合に支給します。
・試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態の条件に変更はありません。
※給料については、経歴や資格等考慮し決定します。
【収入例】
入社2年 営業主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約30万 推定年収約450万円
入社3年 主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約34万、推定年収約500万円
入社10年 店長(家族あり)の場合 月収約50万 推定年収約760万円
※入社2年以上の95%が役職者となっています。

◇ 賞与年3回(うち1回は決算賞与です)

◇ 永年勤続褒賞金制度あり(勤続1年目1万円、2年目2万円と1年ごとに支給し、勤続5年目までで合計15万円支給、5年目以降は5年区切りで10万円、15万円、20万円、25万円、30万円、35万円、勤続40年目で40万円と勤続年数分の褒賞金を支給します)
