業務内容:
PIAGET(ピアジェ)ブティックにおける接客・販売
【具体的には】
-接客・販売
-顧客管理、在庫管理などの販売関連業務
-ジュエリー・時計等の修理受付業務
-システムを使用してのオペレーション業務
【入社後の研修について】
新入社員の方には、ご入社後に開催される最も近い研修を受講して頂きます。1日目は、リシュモンジャパンに入社した方々が参加する会社全体に関する研修、2日目、3日目はブティックで使用するシステムの研修、PIAGETに関しては3日目以降に研修を行います。その後もフォローアップトレーニングに参加。更に細かい業務知識や専門知識を学んでいただきます。

入社後3カ月間は各店舗(勤務地)にて、スポンサー(先輩の指導担当社員)からスポンサーブックを使い業務の細かい指導を受けますので、未経験の方でも安心して学んでいただきます。販売・サービス業界経験者に限らず、異業種から挑戦し活躍しているスタッフも大勢います。
