【主な仕事内容】
- 労働・社会保険の各種手続き、電子申請
- Excelやクラウドソフトを使った給与計算業務(VLOOKUP等の関数を駆使した集計・構築)
- 就業規則の作成や助成金申請のサポート

勤務時間・曜日:
- 勤務時間:9:30〜17:00(休憩1時間)
- 勤務日数:週5日
- 残業について: 業務量により発生する場合がありますが、一人に押し付けることはありません。チームで協力して助け合いながら取り組む文化です。

給与:
短時間正社員:月給200,000円 + 出来高+通勤手当
- 出来高制度:担当業務の売上に連動したインセンティブを支給。

【選考プロセス】

1. 書類選考 :ご応募いただいた内容を拝見し、順次ご連絡いたします。
2. 面接(1回)+ 簡単な実務チェック: 代表による面接を行います。これまでのご経験や、今後どのような働き方をしたいかなど、リラックスしてお話ししましょう。
- Excelスキルチェック(15分程度): 実務で頻繁に使用するVLOOKUP関数やIF関数など、基本的な集計・構築のシミュレーションを行っていただきます。 ※「実務をスムーズにこなせるか」を確認するためのものですので、普段から使い慣れている方ならご安心いただける内容です。
- 価値観のすり合わせ: 「オープンな対話」や「誠実な対応」など、私たちが大切にしている仕事への向き合い方について、直接お話しさせていただきます。
3. 内定 :入社日はご相談に応じます。
