【人事事務スタッフ募集】

全国展開するサロンを、"人"の力で支えるポジション。

サロン事業の全国展開に伴い、

人材採用・労務管理を担う人事事務スタッフを募集します。

店舗の成長を支えるのは「人」。

本ポジションでは、

店舗スタッフの採用から入社後のフォロー、研修まで

人づくりの中心として関わることができます。

「人と関わる仕事が好き」

「組織づくりに携わりたい」

仕事内容

人事・労務に関わる業務全般をお任せします。

・求人票の作成、応募者管理、面接日程の調整

・入退社手続き、社会保険関連業務

・勤怠管理、給与計算の補助業務

・新入社員研修、オリエンテーションの企画・運営

・人事データの管理・更新

※経験やスキルに応じて、段階的に業務をお任せします。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間含む)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

本採用時:固定残業代45時間分(70,300円)含む

試用期間:固定残業代30時間分(47,500円)含む

昇給年1回/賞与年2回(業績による)
