- まずは、機械・電気の"基礎の基礎"から座学研修で学びます
- ⼯具や機器の名前・使い⽅を丁寧にレクチャー
- CADの使い⽅も習得し、現場で喜ばれるスキルもGETしましょう
- ⾃分の⽅向性をサポート担当と⾯談し、配属先を決定
- 配属先で必要となるスキルも研修中に磨けます

【研修後はモノづくりの各現場へ配属】
フィルムを製造する設備のメンテナンススタッフ
- 生産設備を巡回し、チェックシートをもとに点検
- 部品洗浄や、消耗品の交換
- エラーが発生した場合、設備メーカーに問い合わせ
- エラー対応の確認/対応

月給21万円~28万円+賞与年3回
