  • 仕事内容:◆グループ各社の経理業務全般(月次決算・中間/本決算・法人税等申告書の作成等)
    ◆事業規模の段階ごとのオペレーション改善
    ◆スタッフクラスのメンバーに対する業務指示・マネジメント、グループ各社・各事業部現場スタッフへのサポート
    ◆プロジェクト管理や新規事業立ち上げに関わる助言
  • 必要な経験・能力:◆ご経験に応じて、経理業務全般(月次決算・中間/本決算・法人税等申告書の作成等)やスタッフクラスメンバーに対するマネジメント、各事業現場スタッフへのサポートを行っていただきます。

    【必須】
    主担当として経理関連実務経験3年以上

    【歓迎】
    ・マネジメント経験のある方
    ・決算税務申告経験のある方
    ・多店舗展開している事業会社の経理経験、または、複数の事業会社の会計業務を担当していた方

  • 勤務時間:09:00~
    ◆仕事に慣れたら週1~2回程度の在宅ワーク可能です。
    ◆変形労働時間制のため、月内の繁忙期と閑散期でシフトを調整し、無駄をなくしております。
  • 休日・休暇:完全週休2日制
    ◆有給休暇、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇
  • 想定年収:600万円~750万円
  • 条件・手当等:賞与 無
    ※管理職クラスは年棒制のためなし
