【仕事内容】

同社は、製造業や物流業などの現場で働く人々の課題解決を目的とした事業を展開しています。

「tebiki現場教育」では、現場向け動画DX SaaSを提供し、

現場での技術伝承の課題を解決しています。

「tebiki現場分析」では、製造業向けの現場帳票DX SaaSを提供し、

現場のデータ記録や業務改善を支援しています。

CRE(Customer Reliability Engineering)は、

顧客とプロダクト開発チームの橋渡し役として、

顧客の技術的な課題解決や業務効率化を担います。

CREエンジニアは、顧客の技術的な困りごとを解決するだけでなく、

それらを仕組み化・効率化するための開発も行います。

【求める人材】

・ ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験

・ APIを利用した複数システム間の連携に関する知見・経験

・ Webアプリケーションサービスにおけるテクニカルサポートの経験

・ Webアプリケーションサービスにおけるカスタマーサポートの経験

・ WebアプリケーションサービスにおけるCREの経験

・ プロジェクトマネジメント能力

・ 情報セキュリティやIT統制に関する基本的な知識

・ SQL

・ Datadogを使った調査経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
