- グローバル/APJイニシアチブの取り組みに対して、日本のPoint of Contact/ Project Managerとしての役割を果たし、日本の関係者との合意形成、グローバル/APJチーム関係者との合意形成、プロジェクトの進行管理、コンフリクトマネジメントを行います。
- 日本のイニシアチブについて、Project Managerとしてプロジェクトの推進、グローバル/ APJチームのKey Stakeholdersとの合意形成、コンフリクトマネジメントを行います。また、イニシアチブに基づく仕組みづくりやそのために必要な外部ベンダーの管理などの実務、リソース管理についても行います。
- 推進したプロジェクトについて、オペレーション、モニタリングの仕組みづくり、仕組みの定着に向けた取り組みやそのサポート。

- ピープルマネジメントを通じて、チームとチームメンバーの成長をけん引してきた経験
