地元密着&創業87年の老舗メーカーにて、1/1000mmにこだわった高い技術力を支えるため、アーク溶接のお仕事をお願いします。

【具体的には】

・設備の製作・修理に伴うアーク溶接作業

※全工場冷暖房完備

・地元工場のみ(転居を伴う転勤は無し)

求める人材:

【必須】

・アーク溶接等特別教育修了者

・高卒以上

・要普免(AT限定可)/大安工場へ社用車で移動して作業を行うこともあるため

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00

※休憩65分(10分+45分+10分)

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(土日休み/会社カレンダーによる)

・年間休日114日

・長期休暇/ GW、夏期、年末年始 (各9~10連休)

・有給休暇/入社6ヶ月後に10日間付与(有給取得率8割超え)

・半日有給休暇取得可能〈半休〈AM・PM〉可能)

・産休、育児育休制度、時短勤務もOK(現在、多くの社員が利用しています)

第一工場/三重県桑名市繁松新田1-1

※市外からの通勤者も多数在籍中(四日市市、朝日町、川越町、木曽岬町、 海津市、愛西市 、弥冨市など)

・近鉄名古屋線【益生駅】

・マイカー通勤OK(無料駐車場完備)
