当社が運営している新卒エンジニア向け就活支援サイト『Career Select』の

過去保有データ(15-19年卒対象者)から、転職希望者をリマーケティングしていただき

キャリアサポートを行っていただきます。

《具体的には》

・候補者との面談、キャリアアドバイス、資格や経験、希望条件の把握

・企業の採用サポート業務(採用要件や社風についてのヒアリング)

・候補者と企業のマッチング業務(日程調整、フィードバック回収、アドバイス等)

・一部求人開拓の作業

・営業 or 販売/接客経験2年以上

10:00~19:00

フレックス制可能

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥330,000 〜 ¥420,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥71,300〜¥90,800(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
