職務内容:プロダクションプロデューサー
当社は、主にFMCG(日用消費財)クライアントおよびブランドを担当するプロダクションプロデューサーを募集しています。
役割について
プロダクションプロデューサーとして、あなたは大手消費財ブランド向けに高品質なクリエイティブアセットを制作する中心的な役割を担っていただきます。
企画段階から最終納品まで、制作プロセス全体を統括し、プロジェクトが納期通り、予算内で進行し、クライアントの期待を超える成果を確実に出していただきます。
本ポジションでは、社内のクリエイティブチームやアカウントチームとの密接な連携また外部の制作パートナーやクライアント側の関係者との広範な調整も求められます。
主な責務
- プロジェクト主導: TVCM、キービジュアル、店頭ツール、デジタル広告など、多岐にわたるクリエイティブ制作プロセス全体を主導します。
- 制作ブリーフの策定: クリエイティブディレクターやアカウント担当と連携し、クライアントの要望やマーケティング戦略を的確に制作ブリーフに落とし込みます。
- 実務管理: スケジュール管理、タスク進行、予算管理、ベンダー交渉、契約、発注、請求処理など、制作に関わる実務全般を担います。
- 関係者調整: 制作会社、プロダクション、監督、フォトグラファー、スタジオなど、外部パートナーとの調整・交渉を通じて、高品質なアウトプットを実現します。
- 現場管理: 場合によっては、撮影現場での立ち合いや現場進行管理、納品までの品質・工程管理を担当します。
- 育成支援: 若手スタッフや制作アシスタントへの指導・サポートを行います。
- クライアントとの連携: クライアントの購買部門との調整・交渉、見積承認プロセスへの対応を行います。
- 品質保証: 高品質なアウトプットを維持し、ブランド価値向上とビジネス成果への貢献を確実にします。
求める経験・スキル・素養
必須 (MUST)
- 広告会社でのプロデューサー経験者、またはCM制作会社での3年以上のProduction Manager/Producer経験者で、外資系広告会社での広告制作に意欲のある方。
- FMCG(日用消費財)クライアント案件の担当経験。
- TVCM、キービジュアル、店頭ツール、デジタル広告など、複数メディアにわたるクリエイティブ制作に関する知識。
- FMCG商材のTVCM制作において、アカウントとしての判断や折衝を背負って担当した経験。
- Word、Excel、PowerPointを使用した資料作成スキル(中級以上)
- 優れたプロジェクトマネジメントスキル。
- 高いコミュニケーション能力、関係構築力。
- 多数の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行できる高い調整力・交渉力。
- オーナーシップ、主体的行動力。
- 論理的思考力、問題解決力。
- リーダーシップ、チームワーク力。
- 変化の速い環境に対応できる柔軟性、レジリエンス。
