【概要】

公共教育機関に導入されている「校務学習システム」の安定稼働と運用効率化を支えるメンバーを募集します。

システム利用者からの問い合わせ対応や、基盤運用・改善提案など、技術とコミュニケーションの両面で活躍いただけるポジションです。

【業務内容】

・校務学習システムのサポート運用

・ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応(一次~二次対応)

・サーバ/ネットワークの監視、ログ調査、障害切り分け

・業務効率化のための改善提案・自動化対応(スクリプト作成等)

【勤務期間】

即日開始もOK~長期(勤務開始時期はご相談下さい)

給与


時給2,500円

スキル・経験により給与交渉も可能です
