【概要】 120万DLを突破した「スマルナ」のユーザー様からの問い合わせ数増加にともない、品質担保に向けて安定したチーム稼働に向けたリソース稼働を背景に、「スマルナ」のカスタマーサポート業務を担っていただきます。 満足度アンケートでは、主に丁寧さや対応スピードの項目を中心に、約90%以上のユーザー様から高評価を受けているカスタマーサポートチームのメンバーを募集します。 【職種】 カスタマーサポート(CS) 【業務内容】 ・メール・チャットを利用したカスタマーサポート業務(薬の配送状況についての相談等) ・メール・チャットを利用した「スマルナ」のテクニカルサポート(アプリの利用方法についてのご相談等) ・毎日12:00からのチーム定例MTGでの業務報告・相談 【使用ツール】 ・Zendesk ・Google Workspace ・Slack ・Zoom/Google Meet

必須スキル


・スマルナというサービスに対して心から共感 ・顧客対応のご経験(接客業等のIT業界未経験の方を含む) ・週40時間勤務(土日祝日含むシフト制のため)

歓迎スキル


・メール・チャットを利用したカスタマーサクセスおよびカスタマーサポートのご経験(1年以上) ・日常の業務でチャット(SlackやChatworkなど)でやりとりを行なっている ・Google Workspace、Slack等のツールのご利用経験がある

給与

  • 想定年収:300万円 月給:250,000円 - 基本給:216,216円 - 固定残業代:33,784円 (月給制:基本給+20時間の固定残業手当 給与改定:年2回 諸手当:交通費(会社規定による))
