同社は業務拡大と人事部門の強化を図るため、新たに人事担当を募集しています。増員募集により、組織のさらなる成長を目指します。

【仕事概要】

ミガロホールディングスの新卒採用担当として、

不動産領域を中心に、新卒採用実務をひたむきにやり切るポジションです。

年間40名規模の採用を、チームで協力しながら推進していただきます。

まずは学生一人ひとりと丁寧に向き合い、現場での採用実務を通じて経験を積んでいただき、

徐々に採用施策や改善にも関わっていただきます。

採用人数を達成することは、事業・会社の成長に欠かせない重要な役割です。

【担当する業務内容】

・学生対応(面談・面接・日程調整・フォロー連絡)

・会社説明会の運営・登壇

・スカウト文面作成・配信、応募者対応

・面接評価の取りまとめ、合否連絡

・内定者フォロー(面談・入社前コミュニケーション)

・採用活動の振り返り・改善提案

※経験や志向に応じて、採用企画・要件整理・育成施策・広報などにも徐々に携わっていただきます。

新卒採用チームは5名体制で、不動産・ITそれぞれの領域に担当が分かれています。(不動産領域1名、IT領域2名、採用アシスタント1名、採用責任者1名)

一人にすべてを任せるのではなく、チームで連携しながら採用を進める環境です。

入社後は、不動産領域の採用業務を中心に、学生対応・面接・フォロー業務から担当していただきます。

  • 必須要件(以下いずれかのご経験)

・採用業務のご経験(1年以上)

・人材紹介会社での学生対応経験(CA/新卒領域)
