オフィスビル、マンション、

商業施設、文教施設、生産設備など、

幅広い建築物における建築施工管理業務を

担当していただきます。

設計図をもとに、現場の

品質・工程・安全・コストを総合的に管理し、

プロジェクトを円滑に進行させる役割です。

【必要なスキル・経験】

・建築施工管理の実務経験

【歓迎スキル・経験】

・1級または2級建築施工管理技士の資格

・大型施設の施工管理経験

・CADの使用経験(AutoCAD、Jw_cadなど)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

(所定労働時間8時間/休憩60分)

月給:220,000円~308,200円

(想定年収:3,000,000円~4,500,000円)
