仕事内容
デザイン設計・制作・施工管理一貫業務(有資格者)【商業施設・各種専門店/フレックス有り/大阪府】
【仕事内容】
東証プライム上場の内装ディスプレイ大手で、デザイン設計から施工管理まで一貫して空間創造に携わります。フレックスやリモート、資格手当等、働きやすい環境です。【大阪】
- 商業施設などの集客施設におけるソフト業務(企画、デザイン・設計)
- 新規および既存のお客様との営業・折衝業務(打ち合わせ、見積り作成、契約手続~請求、引渡し対応、保守・メンテナンス)
- 与件やコストに見合った計画策定から推進までのディレクション業務(発注業務、制作管理、施工管理)
※受注形態(コンペや入札案件など)や対応顧客に応じて上記の比重は変わります。

【想定年収】500万円~850万円(年齢例:30歳~45歳)【想定月収】(基本給)235,000円~(年齢例:30歳~45歳)※経験・年齢・能力などを考慮のうえ、同社規定により決定しますが、前職の経験・年収を考慮し給与額を提示します。※上記年収は、固定残業手当/月:37,000円~48,600円(固定残業時間20時間0分/月)を含んだ金額です。 超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給※想定残業時間:月平均繁忙期40時間程度、閑散期20時間程度昇給:年1回(4月)賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
