事務作業と拠点の社員のサポート全般をお任せします。

・パソコンによる資料作成、事務処理全般

・現預金出納業務

  • 手の空いた時間には総務事務、庶務などを行って頂きます。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

変形労働時間制(1年単位)

9:00~17:40

  • 繁忙期(収穫時期)は忙しくなりますが、

それ以外の期間は残業少なめです

(通常期:月平均11.9時間)

1日7時間40分勤務

休日休暇

  • 週休2日(土日祝)

・お盆・正月休み(それぞれ8~9日の長期連休)

・慶弔休暇

・有給休暇(有給推奨日あり)

・会社カレンダーにより、土曜出勤日の場合あり

<大型連休ありオンオフはっきりした働き方ができます>

農家の方々もお盆や年末年始の長期連休は

お休みを取っていらっしゃることが多いので、

それに合わせて長期連休を取得します。

その期間は毎年8~9日間の連休になります

有給休暇の取得推進にも取り組んでおり、

オンとオフはっきりした働き方が可能です

基本給:月給 17万5000円 〜 19万円

固定残業代:なし
