<仕事内容>
アパートや木造住宅の骨組みを作る
「建て方大工」のお仕事です。
大工の中でも、一番カッコよくて
目立つ花形の工程で、
家が形になる瞬間を、
自分の手で作ることができるため
達成感があるお仕事です
- 具体的な流れ(木造住宅の場合)
- 墨出し・土台設置
建物の基準となる線を地面に描き、
土台を設置します。
- 柱・梁の組み立て
クレーンを使い、家の支えとなる
骨組みを作ります。
- 屋根の完成
家の形が見えてくる、
やりがいのある工程です。
- 壁の下地作り
地震に備えるための金具などを
取り付け、安全性を高めます。
- 窓や庇(ひさし)の加工
雨や日差しを防ぐための木材加工を行います。
《その後の作業》
会社の指示に従い、
内装や配線、外壁作業など進めます。
※1つの現場は2週間前後。
複数現場を同時進行で進めていきます。

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日
8:00~17:00(休憩2時間)
- 残業は最大限させません
- 現場によっては昼頃に早上がりの日も
その場合も日給はそのまま支給します。
- 雨で給与が下がることはありません。
- 夏は空調服支給や、冷たい飲み物も飲み放題で、少しでも仕事がしやすい環境を整えています。

週休2日制(日曜+平日)

*お子様の学校行事などのお休みもOK
