【仕事内容】

アパートや木造住宅の基礎を整えたり、

柱を組み立てたりすることで、

建物の基本的な構造を作ります。

  • 具体的には(木造の住宅の場合)

1)基礎を整える

コンクリートの基礎に対して、

建物の基準となる線や点を

地面に正確に描く作業「墨出し」を行い、

土台を設置します。

2)柱や梁(はり)を組み立てる

クレーンを使って、家の支えとなる

柱や梁を組み立てます。

これで家の骨組みができてきます。

3)屋根を完成させる

組み立てた柱や梁をしっかりと確認しながら

屋根まで作り上げます。

この段階で家の形が見えてきます。

4)壁の下地を作る

壁の下地を作り、地震などに備えるための

金具を取り付けます。

これが家の安全性を高める重要な部分です。

5)窓や庇(ひさし)の木材を加工

建物の外壁から突き出した部分で、

雨や日差しを防ぐための屋根の一部です。

窓や庇を作るための木材を加工します。

これで家のデザインがより魅力的になります。

6)その後の作業

その後は、内装や電気の配線、

外壁の作業などを行います。

これらの作業は、

会社の指示に従って進めていきます。

  • 1つの現場は2週間前後で

いくつか他の現場と

同時進行で作業を行います。

日本で古くから使われてきた

「在来工法」を学ぶことができます。

この工法は、日本の気候や風土に合った建て方で、

しっかりとした家を作ることができます。

  • 天候で外で作業が難しい場合も安心

雨の日は建物の中で行える造作を行います。

悪天候時も給与が保障されるため、

安心して働けます

※日の当たらない室内での作業もあります。

弊社は、上場企業などの

大手不動産会社と取引があるため、

仕事量は安定しています。

現場は岐阜~名古屋市の間が多いです。

  • 現場は1チーム4名程度で作業するので

サポート体制が整っており、

未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

先輩のサポートから始めて、

だいたい3年かけて1人前を目指します。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00(休憩2時間)

  • 残業は最大限させません
  • 現場によっては昼頃に早上がりの日も

その場合も日給はそのまま支給します。

  • 雨で給与が下がることはありません。
  • 夏は空調服支給や、冷たい飲み物も飲み放題で、少しでも仕事がしやすい環境を整えています。

週休2日制(日曜+平日)

*お子様の学校行事などのお休みもOK

基本給:日給 1万1000円 〜 2万円

固定残業代:なし

昇給金額/昇給率(前年度実績)

1月あたり10,000円〜15,000円
