(刈谷)製造オペレーター(焼成工程)★未経験歓迎★刈谷事業所のアルミナ・イットリアセラミックスの製造における製造オペレーター業務をご担当いただきます。配属先は焼成工程チームとなります。

職務内容:

■アルミナ・イットリアセラミックスの製造における焼成工程業務をご担当いただきます。具体的には、焼成炉への製品の詰め出し作業・焼成炉の操作、点検・焼成体の出来栄え検査・データ入力作業をお任せしす。 【入社後のキャリアアップ】 特定の試験に頼らず、継続的な業務評価を通じて実現されています。「目標管理」に基づいた評価制度では、個々の達成度が絶対評価され、その後、同じクラスの従業員との相対評価が行われます。この仕組みにより、公正かつ透明な評価が確保され、日々の努力と成果が着実に反映される環境が整っています。また、さまざまな業務に携わることで社員一人ひとりが成長し、チーム全体の力を高めています。

必須要件:

学歴:高卒以上

★ご経験不問★未経験歓迎★三河・刈谷で働きたい方、安定企業で働きたい方、製造に興味がある方をお待ちしています ◎Excel、Wordの基本入力程度のPCスキルをお持ちであれば問題ありません 【勤務形態】 4直3交替勤務(2~3名の班) ※OJT期間は昼勤の可能性あり 繁忙期には他の工程へのサポートや応援が求められることがあります。

最寄り駅名古屋鉄道名鉄三河線小垣江駅 徒歩12分/マイカー通勤可

勤務時間:1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制

月間総労働時間143~165時間

休日休暇:

■休日
・基本5勤2休(朝→夜切り替えの時のみ1休)となりますので、2休で休日も確保できて体力も安定しやすいです。
・必ずしも土日休ではございませんが休暇は取得しやすい環境です。

年収341万円~416万円(時間外手当除く)
420万円~580万円(時間外:月20H実施した場合。時間外手当は実績に応じて支給)

月給 213,000円~260,000円(時間外手当除く)
