  • 40~80名のコックチームの管理
  • 様々なテーマビュッフェやビストロノミックレストランの調理パフォーマンスを保証する。
  • クラブメッドの規範と基準の実施、モニタリング、管理の責任者
  • ストック&サプライマネジャーと協力して、割り当てられた予算に基づき、毎週のオーダーと在庫要件を管理、決定する。
  • 結果を分析し、予算とサービスに関する改善点を提案する。
  • サービスの品質、安全衛生規則の遵守、資産の維持を保証する。
  • 明確な目標に向かってチームを団結させ、モチベーションを高め、彼らの成長をサポートする。
