Position Summary
】
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will supervise and support kitchen staff, maintain hygiene and safety protocols, and contribute to a seamless guest experience through teamwork and leadership.
【Qualifications】
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or equivalent fine dining restaurant
- Valid food handling certification
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Basic English communication skills preferred
