キッチンスタッフ

【主なお仕事について】

・仕込み作業を通じて、全国の生産者から届く旬の食材の扱い方を学べます

・オーダーメイクでは、昼の惣菜定食と夜のレストラン料理の両方を経験できます

・盛り付けでは、素材の魅力を最大限に引き出す技術を習得できます

・併設の物販コーナーでは、お客さまが思わず買って帰りたくなるような接客を目指します

20~40代前半の若手スタッフが中心で、男女比はおよそ4:6。社員アルバイト比は2:8で、部署の垣根もなくフラットで風通しの良い雰囲気です。個性が強いスタッフが揃っており、疑問や相談ごともすぐに話して解決できるチームワークが特徴です。
