(ポジション)

訪問看護リハステーション春での訪問看護スタッフとして、四日市市と菰野町エリアの利用者様のご自宅を訪問していただきます。

(主なお仕事について)

・訪問看護業務全般。利用者様のご自宅を訪問し、健康管理や医療的ケアを提供します

・医療依存度が低い方や介護度の軽い方から担当していただく予定ですので、徐々に慣れていけます

・利用者様と家族様への支援。日常生活のサポートや健康相談にも対応します

・当番制でのオンコール対応。月に7~8回程度、緊急時の連絡対応をお願いします

(研修・サポート体制)

はじめは他のスタッフと一緒に訪問していただきますので、業務の流れや訪問看護の実際を学びながら進められます。慣れてきたら1人で訪問していただく流れです。未経験の方でもしっかりとフォローしますので安心してお仕事ができます。

(職場環境)

基本的に月曜日から金曜日勤務(祝日含む)の週休2日制。夜勤はなく、急な対応もありません。計画的に業務を進められる環境です。時間外労働も月平均10時間程度と少なめで、プライベートの時間も大切にできます。

◇未経験の方でもしっかりとフォローする体制が整っています。他のスタッフと一緒に訪問してから独り立ちするので安心です

◇月給242,000円~352,000円の安定収入。オンコール手当や緊急対応手当など各種手当も充実しており、頑張りがしっかり反映されます

◇土日休みでプライベート充実。基本的に月曜日から金曜日勤務の週休2日制で、年間休日115日あります

◇毎日の通勤もマイカーで安心。無料駐車場完備で車通勤が可能です。近鉄伊勢松本駅から車で6分の好立地

◇退職金制度ありで長く働ける環境。定年制もなく、社会保険も完備しています

◇夜勤なしでオン・オフのメリハリがつけられます。急な対応もなく、計画的に働けます

・職務手当:10,000円〜20,000円

オンコール手当とは別に別途支給

オンコール担当→夜間:2,000円 / 土日日中:5,000円

オンコール対応→対応に応じて1件 3,500円〜
