【仕事内容】
樹脂製品の設計を中心に、試作・評価・工程改善まで幅広く担当します。具体的には、フッ素樹脂などを用いた部品設計、CADによる図面作成、材料特性データの解析を通じた設計最適化を行います。試作段階では、治具設計や加工技術構築にも関与し、現場課題を分析して改善策を提案。
生産技術的な視点を持ち、工程改善や新技術開発にも取り組みます。関係者との連携も重要で、現場スタッフと協働しながら、経営層への報告や提案を行う場面もあります。
幹部候補として、チームを率いるリーダーシップやOJTによる育成も期待されます。
課題解決力とコミュニケーション力を発揮し、現場と経営の橋渡し役を担うポジションです。
