「高機能樹脂製品の設計開発【東京/町田】」のポジションの求人です
樹脂製品の設計を中心に、試作・評価・工程改善まで幅広く担当します。具体的には、フッ素樹脂などを用いた部品設計、CADによる図面作成、
材料特性データの解析を通じた設計最適化を行います。試作段階では、治具設計や加工技術構築にも関与し、現場課題を分析して改善策を提案。
生産技術的な視点を持ち、工程改善や新技術開発にも取り組みます。関係者との連携も重要で、現場スタッフと協働しながら、経営層への報告や提案を行う場面もあります。
幹部候補として、チームを率いるリーダーシップやOJTによる育成も期待されます。
課題解決力とコミュニケーション力を発揮し、現場と経営の橋渡し役を担うポジションです。

■取り扱い製品:
耐薬品性・耐熱性・低摩擦性などの優れた材料特性を持つふっ素樹脂を主な素材とした製品を扱っていただきます。
その優れた素材の特性を活かして半導体製造装置・産業機械をはじめ多様な分野で使用されております。
■組織構成:
21名(20代~60代まで幅広い世代のメンバーが在籍しております。)
【配属先】
■高機能樹脂製品本部 加工品グループ 素材・加工技術開発チームへの配属を予定しております。同チームは21名の構成で、20代~60代まで幅広い世代のメンバーが在籍しております。30代の社員が一番多い構成です。機械部品メーカー等異業界出身の社員も活躍しております。
■同製品本部は他にライニンググループ(別製品)/調達グループ/CSチーム/生産子会社の機能がございます。
