ミッション
コマーシャル分野でのデータの分析を推進するため、データマネジメント、データモデリングやデータ基盤の推進を通じて、
分析に利用するための確かなデータ基盤を提供する

結果責任
1.ビジネスユニットの力を最大限に発揮させるため、日々の意思決定を可能とするデータ基盤を構築する。
2.データ基盤の構築だけでなく、それを利用可能にするためのデータマネジメント活動全面をリードする。

データ基盤の提供
・担当者として以下の業務が滞りなく行われ、最良の結果を出すことを担保する。
(加え、デリバリーにおいて上司のチェックがなくとも標準の品質を満たしていることを担保する。)
データプラットフォーム戦略の立案・活用の推進
・データを用いてビジネス課題を解決するために、データプラットフォームの活用戦略を立案する
・データプラットフォームの新機能を理解し、適切にチームメンバーや利用者へ周知・活用の提案を行う
・BTS部門やGlobal担当者と協業し、実際のデータプラットフォーム構築を推進する
・Globalから提供される、データツールの日本国内への導入推進
データマネジメントの推進
・データ資産を最大化するために、データカタログ、データの品質管理などのデータマネジメントの戦略を立案する
・他者を巻き込みながら、データマネジメント戦略に基づいて、各種データマネジメント活動を実施する
・ビジネスの意思決定が可能になるための、データアーキテクチャ、データモデリングを推進する
データ取得戦略の立案
・社内で取得・購入・利用されているデータの共有・管理や、ガバナンスプロセスの導入・実行を行う
・社内ステークホルダーを巻き込み、必要とされるデータについてのスカウティングや、購入・利用の提案を行う
チームメンバーの育成
・チームメンバーに対して、データマネジメントの必要性や求められるスキルなどを示し、
現状とのギャップを埋めるサポートを行なう
・チームメンバーに対して、データプラットフォームを活用するために必要なスキルを、
現状とのギャップを埋めるサポートを行う
リソース管理
・自身のリソースを、ビジネスインパクトに基づくプライオリティにより配分する
・必要に応じて社内外の他者に分析作業を依頼する、追加リソースをリクエストするなどの手段を講じる

経験/職歴
データプラットフォームの導入、管理、運用の経験合計5年以上
大規模なデータ分析プロジェクト(全社BI導入、データ基盤の導入)の経験
製薬会社内もしくは製薬会社に対してシステム導入プロジェクト提供経験(営業、マーケティング領域なら尚可)
データ戦略、プラットフォーム戦略などの戦略立案・実行の経験があれば尚可
学歴
大学卒業以上(理系の大学院であれば尚可)
